Since we reopened our café seating at the end of May, we hadalready marked the floor with lines for people to respect socialdistance while they order and while they wait for their order togo.
We constantly remind people to follow the arrows and tostand in line to keep the distance, we still do not allow anybodyto sit at the bar as it is too close to us and to people waiting forto go order, we also let people wait outside and we do curbsidedelivery to avoid crowd.We put since the beginning a sign for the washroom askingpeople not to form line and to come back if washroom isoccupied
We do not have shared tools for patrons as we do not havebuffet and we pre pour cream and milk for them, sugar is singleuse, as well lids and straws.
